What to put in the message
You don't need a brief or a plan — the form and a couple of honest sentences are enough. But if you want the demo to land close to the mark on the first pass, these four things help:
What the business does
A sentence or two in your own words — what you offer and who it's for.
Anything you already have
A current website, a logo, photos, existing text, social pages. Rough is fine; none is also fine.
What's not working
Outdated design, no mobile version, unfinished build, or no site at all — whatever made you look for help.
What you want it to accomplish
More calls, more bookings, more walk-ins, more credibility — the goal shapes the design.
